A final judgment entered under this chapter may be reviewed by the supreme court of this state upon appeal as provided by rule of the supreme court.
Terms Used In North Dakota Code 29-32.1-14
- Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
- Rule: includes regulation. See North Dakota Code 1-01-49
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See North Dakota Code 1-01-49
