In this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:
Terms Used In North Dakota Code 36-14-00.1
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See North Dakota Code 1-01-49
1. “Animals” means alpaca, bison, bovine animals, farmed elk, goats, horses, llamas, sheep, swine, and nontraditional livestock.
2. “Board” means the state board of animal health.
