This chapter extends to an action brought by the trustee of a nonresident minor or person with a mental illness or mental impairment to sell the real property of the ward.
Terms Used In Ohio Code 2127.43
- Person: includes an individual, corporation, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, and association. See Ohio Code 1.59
- Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
- Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.
