Ohio Code 2712.07 – Inclusion of arbitration or conciliation rules in agreement

If a provision of this chapter refers to the fact that the parties have agreed or that they may agree, or in any other way refers to an agreement of the parties, the agreement shall be deemed to include any arbitration or conciliation rules referred to in that agreement.
Terms Used In Ohio Code 2712.07
- Arbitration: means any arbitration, whether or not administered by a permanent arbitral institution. See Ohio Code 2712.01
- Conciliation: means any conciliation, whether or not administered by a permanent conciliation institution. See Ohio Code 2712.01
