Unless the arbitrator challenged under section 2712.25 of the Revised Code withdraws from his office or the other party agrees to the challenge, the arbitral tribunal shall decide on the challenge.
Terms Used In Ohio Code 2712.27
- Arbitral tribunal: means a sole arbitrator or a panel of arbitrators. See Ohio Code 2712.01
- Party: means a party to an arbitration or conciliation agreement. See Ohio Code 2712.01
