The parties may agree on the place of arbitration within this state. If the parties do not reach such an agreement, the place of arbitration shall be determined by the arbitral tribunal having regard to the circumstances of the case, including the convenience of the parties.
Terms Used In Ohio Code 2712.40
- Arbitral tribunal: means a sole arbitrator or a panel of arbitrators. See Ohio Code 2712.01
- Arbitration: means any arbitration, whether or not administered by a permanent arbitral institution. See Ohio Code 2712.01
- state: means the United States and any foreign nation. See Ohio Code 2712.01
