The arbitral proceedings are terminated by the final arbitral award or by an order of the arbitral tribunal under section 2712.66 of the Revised Code. The award is final upon the expiration of the applicable periods set forth in sections 2712.62 to 2712.64 of the Revised Code.

Terms Used In Ohio Code 2712.65

  • Arbitral award: means any decisions of the arbitral tribunal on the substance of the dispute submitted to it and includes an interim, interlocutory, or partial arbitral award. See Ohio Code 2712.01
  • Arbitral tribunal: means a sole arbitrator or a panel of arbitrators. See Ohio Code 2712.01
