No victim of rape, attempted rape, domestic violence, dating violence, abuse, or a sexually oriented offense or any owner of property where such a victim resides shall be required to pay reimbursement, either fully or partially, for the cost of any assistance that a law enforcement officer provides in relation to the rape, attempted rape, domestic violence, dating violence, abuse, or sexually oriented offense.
