This chapter does not permit any of the services or arts that are part of the practice of a branch of cosmetology to be used for the treatment or cure of a physical or mental disease or ailment.
Terms Used In Ohio Code 4713.15
- Branch of cosmetology: means the practice of cosmetology, practice of esthetics, practice of hair design, practice of manicuring, practice of natural hair styling, or practice of boutique services. See Ohio Code 4713.01
