In addition to any other name prescribed by the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound lanes of state route number four between the intersection of that route and Owens road west and the intersection of that route and Somerlot Hoffman road west, in Marion county only, shall be known as the “SGT David S. Harris Memorial Highway.”
