Oregon Statutes 171.023 – When member-elect may resign
Any person who receives a certificate of election as a member of the Legislative Assembly is at liberty to resign the office, though the person may not have entered upon the execution of its duties or taken the requisite oath of office. [1981 c.517 § 1]
