It is the policy of the Legislative Assembly that all use of state provided phones by members or by legislative staff at the members’ direction, including phones assigned either at the member’s residence or at the Capitol, shall be considered to be used on state business for purposes of the Legislative Assembly. [1987 c.879 § 25]
