In leasing or renting any part or portion of the real property acquired pursuant to the authority of ORS § 223.882 to any individual or corporation, a city shall act in conformity with the requirements of ORS § 271.300 to 271.360 when those sections are applicable. Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 223.900
- City: includes any incorporated village or town. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
