As used in ORS § 285B.530 to 285B.548, unless the context requires otherwise:
(1) ‘Infrastructure lottery bonds’ means the bonds authorized to be issued under ORS § 285B.533 for the purpose of financing infrastructure projects.
(2) ‘Infrastructure projects’ includes:
(a) A water project defined in ORS § 285B.560; and
(b) Payment of any state financial obligations to the federal government under the Safe Drinking Water Act. [1997 c.800 § 16; 1999 c.44 § 24]
285B.530 to 285B.548 were enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but were not added to or made a part of ORS Chapter 285B by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
