The School District Collaboration Grant Account is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. Interest earned by the School District Collaboration Grant Account shall be credited to the account. Moneys in the School District Collaboration Grant Account are continuously appropriated to the Department of Education for the School District Collaboration Grant Program established by ORS § 329.838.
