As used in this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise:
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 390.005
- Commission: means the State Parks and Recreation Commission. See Oregon Statutes 390.005
- Director: means the State Parks and Recreation Director. See Oregon Statutes 390.005
(1) ‘Commission’ means the State Parks and Recreation Commission.
(2) ‘Department’ means the State Parks and Recreation Department.
(3) ‘Director’ means the State Parks and Recreation Director. [1989 c.904 § 2]
