Oregon Statutes 408.506 – Agencies to partner with Oregon Military Department to provide reintegration services
The Department of Human Services, the Department of Transportation, the Housing and Community Services Department, the Employment Department, the Department of Justice, the Judicial Department, public universities listed in ORS § 352.002, the Bureau of Labor and Industries, the Office of Community Colleges and Workforce Development and the Department of Veterans’ Affairs shall partner with the Oregon Military Department to provide reintegration services for veterans throughout this state through regional strategies. Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 408.506
- judicial department: means the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals, the Oregon Tax Court, the circuit courts and all administrative divisions of those courts, whether denominated as boards, commissions, committees or departments or by any other designation. See Oregon Statutes 174.113
