(1) Any person who may be adversely affected by the failure of a county court to adopt a resolution as required by ORS § 431.715 (1) may seek to compel the adoption of such resolution through a writ of mandamus under ORS § 34.105 to 34.240.

- Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
- Writ: A formal written command, issued from the court, requiring the performance of a specific act.
(2) The prevailing party in a proceeding under ORS § 34.105 to 34.240 authorized by subsection (1) of this section is entitled to reasonable attorney fees in addition to costs and necessary disbursements. [1981 c.888 § 6]
