Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 459.315
- Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
(1) ‘Committee’ means a local citizens advisory committee established under ORS § 459.320.
(2) ‘Permittee’ means a person operating a regional disposal site under a permit issued under ORS § 459.245. [1987 c.876 § 8]
