Each voting member of the board of directors of the Oregon Forest Resources Institute shall be appointed for a term ending three years from the date of the expiration of the term for which the member’s predecessor was appointed. If there is a vacancy on the board of a voting member, other than a vacancy caused by expiration of a term, the State Forester shall fill the vacancy for the remainder of the unexpired term with a person who represents the same class as the member whose term was vacated.   • Board: means the State Board of Forestry. See Oregon Statutes 526.005
  • Forester: means the State Forester or the authorized representative of the forester. See Oregon Statutes 526.005
