No person, state agency, local government, district or municipal corporation shall construct or maintain, and no officer or agency of the state shall issue any permit for the construction or maintenance of any hydroelectric facility or structure on Isq’ulktpe Creek. [1985 c.560 § 2; 2019 c.13 § 54]
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 543.170
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- local government: means all cities, counties and local service districts located in this state, and all administrative subdivisions of those cities, counties and local service districts. See Oregon Statutes 174.116
- Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
