An expenditure of moneys for a fiscal year may not be made or incurred by or under the authority of a commodity commission under ORS § 576.051 to 576.455 unless the commission complies with ORS § 576.416. [1959 c.596 § 24; 2003 c.604 § 46]

Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 576.420

  • Fiscal year: The fiscal year is the accounting period for the government. For the federal government, this begins on October 1 and ends on September 30. The fiscal year is designated by the calendar year in which it ends; for example, fiscal year 2006 begins on October 1, 2005 and ends on September 30, 2006.
