The State Department of Agriculture, under the provisions of ORS Chapter 183 may promulgate such rules as are necessary to administer and enforce the provisions of ORS § 604.610 to 604.670, including but not limited to:
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 604.670
- Department: means the State Department of Agriculture. See Oregon Statutes 604.005
(1) The time and manner of maintaining inventory records; and
(2) Controls and minimum standards of construction and methods of operation by licensees. [1975 c.162 § 4]
