The grader shall make a true written record of the grade of all milk graded by the grader. The record shall also show the name of the producer, the date of delivery and of grading, and the quantity involved. The record shall be delivered to and retained by the distributor, producer-distributor or dairy products plant licensee for 30 days and shall be available for inspection by the producer of the milk and by the State Department of Agriculture.
