Oregon Statutes 696.615 – Publication of sanctions imposed for violations

The Real Estate Commissioner shall publish information in local newspapers pertaining to sanctions imposed for violations of ORS § 696.603, 696.606 or 696.612 in a manner allowed under ORS § 696.430 and 696.445 (3). [1995 c.217 § 7]
