The Real Estate Marketing Account is established as an account in the General Fund of the State Treasury. All moneys received by the Real Estate Agency pursuant to ORS § 696.392, 696.600 to 696.785 and 696.995 shall be paid into the State Treasury and credited to the account. All moneys in the account are appropriated continuously to the Real Estate Agency to carry out the provisions of ORS § 696.392, 696.600 to 696.785 and 696.995. [1995 c.217 § 9; 2001 c.300 § 67]
