(1) Upon the expiration of the time fixed under ORS § 711.530 for the presentation of claims, the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services shall make in duplicate a list of the claims presented specifying whether the claims have been approved, rejected or neither approved nor rejected pending further investigation. The list shall also note which claims have been presented to the supervising court for appeal. One copy of the list shall be filed in the office of the director and one in the office of the clerk of the supervising court.

(2) The director shall, in like manner, make and file supplemental lists showing all claims presented subsequent to the filing of the first list.

(3) The lists shall be filed in the supervising court at least 15 days before the payment of any dividend on the claims or the payment of any preferred claims. [Amended by 1973 c.797 § 281]
