The Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services may require the filing by an insurer of any compensation agreements for insurance producers who are appointed by the insurer as agents of the insurer under ORS § 744.078. No such filing shall be deemed a ‘public record’ as defined in ORS § 192.311. [Formerly 744.245; 2003 c.364 § 25]
