Any applicable statute of limitations or time limit for the filing set by statute or rule of court as it relates to the affected member’s clients shall be suspended automatically by the filing of a petition for jurisdiction under ORS § 9.705 to 9.757 for a period of 120 days following the date of filing of such petition.
