Any insurer or certified employer shall have the right to appeal from any determination or order made under § 28-37-13, § 28-37-16, § 28-37-17, or § 28-37-24 — § 28-37-26.

- Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
