This chapter shall be read in conjunction with the previously stated authority of the director and the duties of the office of developmental disabilities under chapter 21 of this title.

Terms Used In Rhode Island General Laws 40.1-22-5
- Director: means the director of the department of behavioral healthcare, developmental disabilities and hospitals or his or her designees. See Rhode Island General Laws 40.1-22-3
