The property rights of a partner are:
(1) His or her rights in specific partnership property;
(2) His or her interest in the partnership; and
(3) His or her rights to participate in the management.

- Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.
