Terms Used In South Carolina Code 1-23-520
- Person: means any individual, partnership, corporation, association, governmental subdivision, or public or private organization of any character other than an agency. See South Carolina Code 1-23-505
No person is eligible for the office of law judge of the division who does not at the time of his election meet the qualification for justices and judges as set forth in Article V of the Constitution of this State.
