- Council: means the South Carolina Building Codes Council as established by § 6-9-60. See South Carolina Code 23-43-20
The council may promulgate regulations for the proper enforcement and implementation of this chapter. Promulgated regulations must incorporate the codes enumerated in § 6-9-50.
