- Board: means the South Carolina Real Estate Appraisers Board established pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. See South Carolina Code 40-60-20
As provided in § 40-1-130, the board may deny licensure to an applicant based on the same grounds for which the board may take disciplinary action against a licensee.
