- Person: means an individual, organization, or corporation, except that only individuals can be licensed under this chapter. See South Carolina Code 40-67-20
A person found in violation of this chapter or regulations promulgated under this chapter may be required to pay costs associated with the investigation and prosecution of the case in accordance with § 40-1-170.
