Terms Used In South Carolina Code 50-21-830
- Person: means an individual, a partnership, a firm, a corporation, an association, or other legal entity. See South Carolina Code 50-21-10
The provisions of §§ 50-21-810 and 50-21-820 do not apply to a performer engaged in a professional exhibition or a person or persons engaged in an activity authorized under § 50-21-1010.
