- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
In addition to those services currently provided to "emotionally handicapped pupils" as those pupils are defined in subsection (4) of § 59-21-510, the State Department of Education shall contract with the Continuum of Care Policy Council to provide services approved by the State Board of Education to enable "emotionally handicapped pupils" to benefit from special education.
