Each retail dealer of gasoline or gasoline-oxygenate blends shall post the antiknock index in accordance with applicable regulations, contained in 16 C.F.R. part 306, issued pursuant to the Petroleum Marketing Act, as amended through January 1, 2009. The antiknock index (AKI) may not be less than the AKI posted on the product dispenser or as certified on the invoice, bill of lading, shipping paper, or other documentation.
