The restrictions of §§ 47-9A-1 and 47-9A-3 do not apply to agricultural lands acquired by a corporation solely for the purpose of feeding livestock.

- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
