When the examination is adopted and all rights to appeal have passed, the company shall implement the recommendations set forth in the final examination report within a time set by the director. The recommendations are those which are made pursuant to § 58-3-11. The director may extend the time for implementation of the recommendation upon the written request of the company and if the company shows good cause for the extension. If the company does not implement the recommendations within the set time frame, the director may fine the company for each recommendation not implemented not more than twentyfive thousand dollars or revoke or suspend the certificate of authority or both.
