Nothing in §§ 58-33-117 to 58-33-130, inclusive, abrogates the ability of nonprofit organizations or other organizations to educate members of the armed forces of the United States in accordance with Department of Defense DoD Instruction 1344.07–PERSONAL COMMERCIAL SOLICITATION ON DOD INSTALLATIONS as of January 1, 2008.
