If the director’s report made under § 58-33-38, or order on hearing made under § 58-33-40 does not charge a violation of this chapter, then any intervener in the proceedings may appeal therefrom within the time and in the manner provided in chapter 1-26.
Terms Used In South Dakota Codified Laws 58-33-41
- Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
