As used in this part, unless the context requires otherwise:
Terms Used In Tennessee Code 37-5-601
- Child: means :
(i) A person under eighteen (18) years of age. See Tennessee Code 37-5-103 - Department: means the department of children's services. See Tennessee Code 37-5-103
- Family: means the members of a household living, on a full-time or a part-time basis, in one (1) house, condominium, apartment or other dwelling. See Tennessee Code 37-5-601
- Minor: means any person who has not attained eighteen (18) years of age. See Tennessee Code 1-3-105
- Person: includes a corporation, firm, company or association. See Tennessee Code 1-3-105
