(a) Five (5) members shall constitute a quorum.

  • Quorum: The number of legislators that must be present to do business.
  • Year: means a calendar year, unless otherwise expressed. See Tennessee Code 1-3-105
(b) In July of each even-numbered year, the commission shall elect from its membership a chair, a vice chair, and a secretary.
