Terms Used In Tennessee Code 43-16-128
- Agricultural products: includes horticultural, viticultural, forestry, dairy, livestock, poultry, bee and any farm products. See Tennessee Code 43-16-103
- Association: means any corporation organized under this chapter. See Tennessee Code 43-16-103
The bylaws shall prohibit the transfer of the common stock of the association to persons not engaged in the production of agricultural products handled by the association; and such restrictions must be printed upon every certificate of stock subject to the restrictions.
