- Agriculture: means :
(i) The land, buildings and machinery used in the commercial production of farm products and nursery stock. See Tennessee Code 1-3-105

The departments of agriculture and revenue are authorized to promulgate rules to effectuate this part in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5.
