Terms Used In Tennessee Code 45-7-105
- Commissioner: means the commissioner of financial institutions. See Tennessee Code 45-7-103
- Person: means any individual, partnership, association, joint-stock association, trust or corporation. See Tennessee Code 45-7-103
The commissioner may require that any person claiming to be exempt from licensing pursuant to § 45-7-104 provide information and documentation to the commissioner demonstrating that such person qualifies for any claimed exemption.
