- Affidavit: A written statement of facts confirmed by the oath of the party making it, before a notary or officer having authority to administer oaths.
- Person: includes a corporation, firm, company or association. See Tennessee Code 1-3-105
The bond and affidavit shall be filed and preserved by the person performing the duties of the county clerk in such person’s office.
