Terms Used In Tennessee Code 47-26-1009
- Commissioner: means the commissioner of agriculture or the commissioner's duly appointed representative. See Tennessee Code 47-26-1002
- Public weighmaster: means any person who performs public weighing as defined. See Tennessee Code 47-26-1002
- Record: means information that is inscribed on a tangible medium or that is stored in an electronic or other medium and is retrievable in a perceivable form. See Tennessee Code 1-3-105
The commissioner shall reserve the right to limit or reject the application of any public weighmaster whose qualifications and/or past work record does not comply with those requirements outlined in this part or pursuant regulations.
